clocko:do is a cloud-based time tracking software. With clocko:do you can track working hours live. Whether on your smartphone, visible on the screen or hidden in the background. It is also possible to add times manually. The data is synchronized directly and is therefore available anytime and anywhere. The offline-enabled apps allow you to use the stopwatch even without an internet connection. As soon as you are online again, your collected data will be transferred automatically. Thanks to the integration with bexio, projects can be billed to your customer directly via bexio. And working hours can be transferred from clocko:do to your employee’s paystub with a single click.

Easily track time entries and project budgets
Time entries are assigned to customers, projects and services and optionally provided with descriptions. Set individual hourly rates and project budgets. Project reports provide a quick overview for a project and show the progress in your budget. With the clocko:do reports builder, individual reports can be created. The detailed reports can be customized to your needs. They provide exactly the information you need. Analyze each project, helps you to work in a forward-looking, profit-maximizing manner.

The time entries run into the employee's working times, too. Individual planned hours are assigned to each employee. These are compared with the times actually tracked. This automatically generates the employee's working times including over- and minus hours. Both, the employee himself and his supervisor have access to this report at any time. Set working time regulations help you to comply with legal requirements such as maximum working hours and break rules. Small notes in the employee reports indicate when these rules have not been observed.

Manage Employee Absences
The absence planning in clocko:do simplifies your absence management. Employees can create requests for holiday and reduction of overtime in the system, as well as sick days. Supervisors are notified of the requests and can work on them quickly and conveniently. Planned working times, vacation quotas and non-business days can be pre-defined to allow for automatic calculation of vacation days and overtime reduction. All approved absences are displayed in the absence calendar so that you always have an overview of your personnel resources. The clocko:do calendar can easily be integrated into Outlook or iCal.

Easy reporting and invoicing
Working times and absences are combined in the employee report. This report contains all important information for payroll accounting. Via direct interfaces and via CSV export, the key figures can be forwarded quickly and conveniently to the payroll accounting department.

Invoicing is also simplified and accelerated with clocko:do. The tracked times can be transferred to the accounting department as draft invoices via direct interfaces. This allows you to create precise and documentable invoices without any effort and digitize your daily work.
