How to use bexio and Craftboxx
After writing an offer in bexio and gaining customer acceptance, the offer can be imported to Craftboxx via API. This includes the contact and position information. To initiate this process, we have an «Import Projects» button.
In Craftboxx, you then only need to assign an employee, date, or other relevant details to the new project. When the project is finished, you can transfer back documented info like tracked time, positions, and contact details (if not already in bexio) with just one click of a button.
Products and contacts are imported from bexio into Craftboxx on a daily basis.
What exactly is Craftboxx?
Craftboxx is a cloud-based job scheduling software with a documentation app for the construction site. It was developed by a team of craftsmen and IT specialists to optimize and simplify the workflow of craft businesses. Craftboxx is not a full-fledged ERP system, but focuses on planning and documentation for craft businesses. Within minutes, even larger service and installation companies can set up a simple planning and documentation tool for the office as well as the construction site. This improves resource management and makes jobs easier and more effective to schedule. The app makes it quick and easy to record times, photos, notes, and signatures – all while on the job site.
About Craftboxx
Craftboxx was originally founded in 2018 to prevent unaccredited complaints on the construction site. For this purpose, we developed an app that can be used to easily take photos, times, etc. However, it quickly became clear that projects are not organized on the construction site, but that this also requires a planning software in the office.
