Head of Communication & Content

Jennifer Maurer has been Head of Communications & Content within the Marketing Department at bexio since 2020. She studied German and Communication Studies at the Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg and at Sapienza – Università di Roma. She had her first contact with journalism at an early stage, and spent the period from her youth to completing her studies working for a variety of regional newspapers and magazines. After completing a PR traineeship, she worked primarily in project management for a subsidiary of the F.A.Z. Group, but stuck with writing, penning articles for the F.A.Z. University Gazette and Innovationsmanager magazine, among others. Recent years saw Jennifer Maurer heading the Corporate Communications department of Badische Staatsbrauerei Rothaus in the Black Forest, where she also served as the Press Spokesperson.

Johanna Rupp
Marketing & Communication Manager

Johanna Rupp has been Marketing & Communication Manager at bexio since 2018 and is mainly responsible for content. In her role, she ensures the planning and implementation of new content, which is, of course, tailored to the target group. She regularly checks and optimises existing content. Blog posts, social media content, website content: whatever the form of content, she takes care of it all from design, planning and support to optimisation. After completing her master's degree in Germany, specialising in marketing, she worked for several years for an international company in Germany and Switzerland, where she was also responsible for content and communication. In addition to in-depth knowledge of CMS, quick comprehension and creativity, her analytical thinking skills help her to work through and solve new processes or problems.

Julien Ben Hamida
Freelance Writer & Content Marketer

As early as when he completed his university entrance qualification, Julien Ben Hamida was already living and breathing writing. Living and breathing because he is convinced that letters are just like numbers: "If numbers are the atoms of the universe, then letters are the fundamental idea behind them." This love of context and interrelation moved him to go into self-employment during his studies. Today, he runs a content marketing agency with both passion and an eye for detail. Since 2020, he has also been working as an independent freelancer for bexio. Daniel Carotta has been working for PRÜFAG Wirtschaftsprüfung AG since 2017 and also works as a licensed audit expert. After completing his education to become a certified auditor with a Big 4 auditing firm, Daniel Carotta worked for several years as head of the auditing division, and most recently as managing director, for a medium-sized auditing and trust company. As an auditor, Daniel Carotta mainly serves national companies and Swiss subsidiaries of international companies (financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and IFRS). Until 2014, he was Head of AbaWeb Business Development at ABACUS Research AG. As a digitalisation professional in the field of trust services, he is in demand at specialist conferences and leads workshops on the topic of digitalisation together with participants. Joël Ben Hamida, a Lecturer, also serves as a lecturer at training institutes and teaches marketing, sales, controlling and distribution. Fabienne Bindschedler is a Federally Certified HR Manager and has been with bexio AG's HR department since 2019. This role sees her advising executives and being responsible for recruiting new talent. Before joining bexio, she spent more than 4 years working as an HR Assistant and HR Specialist at The Boston Consulting Group, where she worked for the recruiting department in the "Non Consulting" sector at the Zürich location. In 2021, she decided to pursue further training to become a Federally Certified HR Manager. She completed her studies alongside her professional responsibilities at bexio. Her many years of multifaceted experience in the human resources field make her a competent contact person for every aspect of human resources.

Silja Schilling

Silja Schilling has been responsible for performance marketing at bexio since 2020. As a digital native par excellence, she successfully fulfils this task and brings with her passion for paid search and programmatic advertising. After studying business administration with a focus on marketing, she gained valuable experience and expertise in online and performance marketing in various positions. Before she moved to her adopted country of Switzerland in 2017, being initially responsible for digital advertising at Coop, she worked in Germany and Denmark and gained experience at start-ups, performance agencies and in e-commerce, among other things. Tamara Glaus
Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Tamara has been with bexio for 5 years and is a passionate Senior Performance Marketing Manager with a penchant for numbers and creativity. As a representative of Generation Y, Tamara feels right at home in the digital world, although her thirst for even more "digital" is far from satisfied.
