Are you switching to bexio and wondering how much time you will need to invest in the setup? Don't worry – with our basic setup, restarting with bexio is quick and uncomplicated. Our product specialists will take care of setting up your bexio account, giving you more time for your business.

  • Setting up a bank account and linking it for automated reconciliation
  • Storing basic VAT settings
  • Setting up a QR invoice
  • Setting up all documents (logo, fonts, etc.)
  • Creating new contact categories
  • Creating product units
  • Creating payment terms
  • Settings for all documents
  • Inviting trustees
  • Checking all data and settings


How the basic setup works:

  1. After booking, you will receive an email with detailed information, including a preparation checklist.
  2. For the appointment, prepare the appropriate documents (e.g., logo, IBAN, etc.)
  3. Product specialists carry out the setup. Any questions can be discussed together.


  • The basic setup does not include product training. If you would like an individual introduction, we recommend our coaching.
  • The setup is carried out online.
