PP Contributions can now be set as a percentage

From now on it is possible to set the PP contribution in percentage. This can be done in the Employee detail under Insurances. The percentage that you set will be deducted from the sum of all “relevant wage types” less the coordination deduction on the paystub. Relevant wages are defined in the wage-typ table.

More flexibility for fiscal year closing work

We are introducing more flexibility for year-end closing! It is now possible to lock and unlock a financial year and to reopen a closed financial year yourself. The following has also been updated:

Status changes are logged and can be retrieved in bexio.
The fiscal year settings have been revised and modernized.

Thanks to the direct link, accounting is always up-to-date and transactions are automatically collected overnight.
Entered payment orders are transferred directly to e-banking, saving you manual work steps and therefore time.
You know at all times whether your QR-bills have already been paid or not.
