New in bexio Cockpit: More overview of work steps thanks to extended filter

Fiduciaries who organize their daily work with processes and work steps in bexio Cockpit now benefit from greater transparency and flexibility: the new filter for work steps now also allows the tasks of other team members and work steps that have not yet been assigned to be displayed.

What's new?

As before, you will only see your own open work steps by default.
You can now filter specifically by person responsible - and thus also display all work steps of a specific team member and identify work steps without an assigned person (filter value: “-”).
Like all other filters, the selected filter is saved and remains in place the next time you open it.

What is the benefit? This extension supports you when substituting in the team or if you want to get a complete overview of open tasks - regardless of who is currently responsible in the team.

Process notes in bexio Cockpit

Fiduciaries can now add notes to individual processes in bexio Cockpit. This feature makes it possible to add information on a process and promotes transparency within the fiduciary team. For example, agreements and meetings with clients can be documented or it can be recorded which information and documents are required by the client.

How does it work? Simply click on a process in the process list to open the detailed view in the right-hand sidebar - you will find the notes field there.

Add purchase bill discounts as a percentage

We've released a small but significant improvement in the Purchasing module. You can now add a bill discount as a percentage, saving you the trouble of manual calculation. A new input field is now available for percentage discounts, though you can still enter the discount as an amount if you prefer. This change is designed to simplify your workflow when a supplier provides a discount as a percentage.

bexio Pay is now compatible with Google Pay! From now on, you can process your payments even faster, easier, and more securely.
