New optimisations for supplier invoices

We have further improved the purchasing area. You benefit from the following new features:

Read QR invoices: if the invoice contains a QR code, the content and details will now also be read automatically in the purchasing area and filled in for you.
Upload QR invoices: when you create a supplier invoice, you can now upload and view QR invoices directly.
Smart recognition: for recurring invoices from the same supplier, the booking account and tax rate are recognised and automatically filled in for you – saving you even more time.

You now have access to the purchasing area at any time, even when you are on the move – for even more flexibility in your daily work.

You will find the purchasing area at the bottom right in the navigation bar
Here, you can view and process your inbox, supplier invoices and expenses directly
There are also new filter options that allow you to filter all documents by status – for even more control and an even better overview

Optimizations to our tax rates!

We have some exciting new improvements to our tax rates!

Starting now, there is a new 0.0% tax rate with the description "Without VAT". What is this new tax rate for? You can use it for supplier invoices that relate to non-taxable services such as insurance.

This gives you a simple and clear solution for posting these invoices.

You can also separately evaluate bookings with this tax rate in your VAT journal - for even more control and clarity.

But that's not all: Another improvement is the modernized overview of tax rates. It is now even clearer and filtering by tax rates is now possible!
