We have released a small but convenient improvement to the Purchase module. You can now open contact details in a new tab directly from the detailed view of a bill, expense, or vendor credit note.
This change means you no longer have to navigate away from the document to view contact information, making it much easier to keep all your relevant details in sight.

We are pleased to introduce a new integration: you can now connect your Bank Avera account directly with bexio.
With this connection via the bLink interface, you can automatically retrieve your bank transactions and submit payments directly from bexio. This eliminates the manual effort of uploading and downloading account statements and payment files.
How does it work?
You can find the option to connect your Bank Avera account in the Banking section of bexio. Simply follow the instructions to set up the bLink connection.

We have released a minor improvement for the Purchase module. Now, when a payment is added to a bill with a due date that falls on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), the payment execution date is automatically adjusted to the preceding Friday. This change ensures your payments are always sent on a business day, simplifying your workflow and helping you avoid delays.

bexio now supports annual VAT statements. Starting from 2025, you can activate annual VAT statements in the basic VAT settings and will only need to file your VAT once a year.
The application for annual VAT statements can be submitted directly via the ESTV ePortal. If required, discuss a changeover with your trustee or fiduciary.
