Which bexio package will I switch to and how will the switch take place?

You will automatically switch to the bexio package that best fits your previous usage profile. This ensures that you will retain the full range of functions of your previous bexio package as well as benefit from new features in addition.

The transition process: we attach great importance to transparency and a smooth process:

Personal information: 40 days before your package is due to renew, we will send you a detailed email. In it, you will find all the binding information: the name of your new bexio package, the price, and an overview of the new services.
Automatic transition: the technical transition will take place largely in the background. For you, it will be a seamless transition – you can just keep working.
Data security: your stored content, settings, and historical data will be retained in full. No information will be lost.

When will the new bexio packages be available?

The new bexio packages will be available as of 1st March 2026.

For new customers: if you opt for bexio on or after 1st March, you will benefit directly from our new, more powerful offering.

For existing customers: the transition will take place automatically for you and in an entirely relaxed manner on your next personal subscription renewal date on or after 1st March 2026. This ensures that your administration will continue without interruption and with the same functions.

Flexible transition in advance: would you like to take advantage of our new features, such as more intelligent automation, earlier? No problem: as of 1st March 2026, you can switch to the new offering directly in your bexio account at any time, without having to wait for your next subscription renewal date.

Who is the new Basic package suitable for?

The Basic package focuses on essential functions for occasional use. It provides the right framework if you only create a few invoices per month and have no need for automated processes, such as e-banking reconciliation. As soon as your focus shifts to efficiency and time savings, the Advanced, Optima, and Ultimate packages offer significant advantages.
