How is my partner level determined?
Your level is based on your activity and the potential that you self-declare when you register. If you meet the criteria for a higher level (e.g., Ambassador, starting from 10 new customers referred per year), you will usually be upgraded automatically. If your potential was assessed as low when you registered, the upgrade will not take place automatically. In this case, contact us proactively so that we can adjust your level together.
What’s the deal with the self-declaration of potential?
When you register, you yourself estimate how much potential you envisage when it comes to referrals – for example, how large your network is, or how regularly you will make referrals. This assessment helps determine whether you will be automatically upgraded to the next level when you meet the criteria, or whether you will have to proactively contact us for an upgrade. This ensures that upgrades match your actual referral activity.
Do I have to have a company to participate?
For Supporters and Ambassadors, no – you can also participate as a private individual with your own AHV/SVA billing arrangement. For the Champion level, a corporate entity is required.
When and how will my commission be paid?
It will be paid out automatically to your account. For Supporters and Ambassadors, payments are made on a quarterly basis in a straightforward manner. For the Champion level, payment is per an individual agreement.
Can I refer my own second company?
Yes, the company you refer will also receive the 30% discount in its first year. However, you will not receive a commission for this referral, as the programme is aimed at recommendations to third parties, not to your own companies.
What happens if I no longer meet the requirements for a particular level?
As a Supporter, you cannot be downgraded. As an Ambassador, you will be downgraded to Supporter if you do not reach the minimum number of 10 new customers referred per calendar year. As a Champion, we will contact you individually to discuss the next steps together. At the start of each new calendar year, your referral count starts again from zero, for all levels.
Can I invite more users to my Lead Partner Portal account?
If you want to give other people from your company access to the Lead Partner Programme so that they can enter leads, use the “Add user” feature in your account settings (top right).
Can I participate in the Lead Partner Programme as a trustee?
No, the Lead Partner Programme is not aimed at trustees. There is a separate partner programme for trustee partners (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum), with specific benefits for the trustee sector.
