Improved team member management in the bexio Cockpit: the user profile

The user profile for team members is now available, which makes managing team members much easier.
What's new?
As an admin, you now have the option of opening the profile of a team member. There you can see a complete list of all clients to which this team member is linked at a glance. This allows you to resolve connections efficiently - particularly useful if a team member leaves the company and their access needs to be disconnected. Previously, this task was very time-consuming, as each client connection had to be checked individually.
In addition, you can change the role of the team member directly in the user profile (between “Team member” and “Admin”).
This is how it works:
- In your bexio Cockpit, click on the settings icon (cogwheel) at the top right.
- Select “Team” from the menu to display the list of your team members.
- Click on a team member or on “Open profile” in the three dots on the right.
- In the user profile, you will now see the overview of client connections and the option to change roles. Use the “Disconnect” button to easily disconnect this user from a client.
