Information on term, renewal, package changes and prices

Your time is your company's most important resource. To ensure that you can focus on your core business, bexio now takes on many tasks almost by itself through intelligent automation. This is how we create the foundation for your future-proof, digital office operations.

This targeted development is now incorporated into our new packages. For you, this means that everything will become even simpler and more intuitive. You will continue to enjoy the usual data security with Swiss hosting and benefit from our free 24/7 support 365 days a year.

1. Your new package overview

Your previous subscription will automatically be transferred to the corresponding new package on the next renewal date:

  • Starter ➝ Advanced
  • Pro ➝ Optima
  • Pro+ ➝ Ultimate

This change will only take place with your next subscription renewal.

2. Transparency in prices and duration

We are also adjusting our prices with the new packages. The new prices will only apply from your personal renewal date from 1 March 2026. Your subscription will be automatically extended by the selected term in accordance with our GTCs so that your work processes can continue without interruption.

3. Flexibility: upgrades and downgrades

Upgrade: you can switch to a higher package at any time, and this will be active immediately.

Downgrade: adjustments to a smaller package are possible at the end of your current contract period. Please check in advance whether all required features are included in the smaller package.

4. Deadlines and formalities

We believe in a fair partnership. If bexio no longer fits your plans, you can cancel your subscription directly in your bexio account.

Data backup: Please remember to export your data in good time before the end of the contract. (A subsequent export by our support team is associated with a cost of CHF 400.00.)
