Information for fiduciary partners: changes from 1 March 2026

The migration of existing accounts will take place automatically. Which new package is assigned depends on the current use of the respective account:

Actively used accounts: is the account actively used (e.g., for postings, invoicing or payroll accounting)? Then we will automatically migrate the account to the appropriate successor package so that the usual range of functions is retained:

  • Starter ➝ Advanced
  • Pro ➝ Optima
  • Pro+ ➝ Ultimate

Reserve packages: accounts that are currently not actively used will automatically be switched to the inexpensive Basic package on 1 March 2026.
