Whether you are using business software for the first time or switching from another software – we will guide you and we will be happy to help you at any time, free of charge. In the support area, you will find helpful tips and tricks. If you're stumped, please contact us. We can offer various setup services should you need assistance during setup.
Do I have to decide on a package now?
No, you do not have to decide on a package yet. During the 30-day trial period, you can test the Pro+ package with the full range of features free of charge. Afterwards, you can conveniently select the package that suits you best.
What is the 30-day free trial?
You can try out bexio with the full range of functions for 30 days free of charge, without any obligation and without needing a credit card. No downloading or installation are required. Ready to start in just a few steps. Once the 30 days are up, your trial account will automatically be deactivated, without you needing to cancel it.
What payment options are available and how long is the cancellation period?
We always bill for bexio in advance and will send you a monthly invoice. Alternatively, we offer a convenient annual invoice, which allows you to pay once for a whole year in advance and receive a 10% discount. You can pay either by payment slip or by credit card. You can store these in your bexio account so that future payments can be made automatically without any further effort.
If you no longer need bexio, you can cancel your bexio account at the end of the next billing period. Exporting your data is easy.
