Click on "Register now". You will be automatically redirected to the registration page for amnis, our partner for card and payment services.

The online amnis onboarding takes about 15 minutes. Your account activation may take up to 72 hours and will be confirmed by email.

Who should I contact if I have any questions about bexio Pay?

Is the posting and selection of VAT rates made automatically by bexio?

Card transactions must always be manually assigned to the desired category and the corresponding VAT rate, or several VAT rates, in amnis. After that, the transactions will automatically be posted to bexio.
However, the auto-accounting functionality offers the possibility of automatically posting transactions in bexio from the same dealer, with the category in question and the VAT rate.

How many users can I include in the subscription?

You can add any number of card users to your account. There is only the limit of a maximum of 10 active cards per user. Full-access platform users are limited to 3 users. If you need more, you can add an additional user with full access for CHF 9 per month.

Is it possible to connect to Apple Pay/Google Pay™?

The connections to Apple Pay and Google Pay™ are available and can be used by our customers – there are no additional costs.

How does reconciliation work in the banking, and do I need to incorporate amnis as a separate bank account?

During onboarding in amnis, an amnis bank account will automatically be created in your bexio.

Once the debit card has been used, the amnis bank account in amnis will automatically be debited as soon as the transaction receives the status "executed" in amnis.

If I use bexio Pay, do the receipts and supporting documents still need to be kept/scanned, or is bexio Pay sufficient for archiving?

Right in line with the principle: "No posting without proof", archiving should take place in bexio. This offers several advantages: you maintain an overview at all times and it simplifies work for your trustee and enables a clean audit through a secure audit trail.
So, if you want to attach a receipt to a transaction, simply upload it as a scan in amnis or directly in your bexio account. If you attach the scan in amnis, then, when amnis is synchronised to bexio, the document (if available) will also be automatically transmitted in addition to the transaction and will then be visible as an attachment in bexio's accounting.

Where do I need to send money to use my amnis debit card?

If you want to top up your amnis debit card, simply transfer the funds to your regular amnis account. Please note that the amnis debit card is not a prepaid card and is linked directly to the balance in your amnis account.
