What awaits you:

• You will be leading the architecture team consisting of 3-4 people.
• You are responsible for the definition, documentation and implementation of the solution and security architecture of our SaaS platform (bexio products).
• You ensure that the technology management meets the business requirements in the best possible way.
• You work closely with the CTO and Head of Development to plan and implement the modernization strategy.
• In addition, you cooperate closely with the product team to plan the roadmap and technical solutions for given business requirements.
• You work on our scalable cloud infrastructure powering our service platform that serves over 70.000 of our customers.

What we expect from you:

• You have gained 3+ years of experience in architecture lead role and 8-10 years of total experience in the IT industry.
• You have minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• You have been part of a team successfully delivering software products, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
• You are experienced in leading remote and distributed teams.
• You have strong agile software development experience and a solid practical understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts.
• You have a good sense for business context and stakeholder management.
• You are fluent in English and German.
