Easy collaboration with the trustee

swiDOC also allows you to collaborate with your trustee in the archive. Confidential documents such as the annual financial statements or account books can be exchanged via swiDOC. If your trustee changes, you can update access to your data with just a few clicks.

Integration with bexio and OneDrive

To make archiving easier, you can set up synchronization between bexio and swiDOC. Once configured, all vendor invoices and customer invoices stored in bexio are synchronized with swiDOC. Thanks to our intelligent full-text search, the tedious task of searching for invoices is a thing of the past. We also offer a OneDrive integration, so the archive adjusts to your system and your processes and not the other way round.
